User Responsibilities

AI-Generated Content
The AI features in OfflineGPT generate content based on machine learning models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or other specialized fields.
Translation Accuracy
OfflineGPT provides translation services for convenience purposes. While we work to ensure translation quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any translations. Important documents or communications should be verified by a qualified human translator.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OfflineGPT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFLINEGPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
